As a Preowned Sales Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Preowned Department by helping vehicles move efficiently through every stage of the acquisition, reconditioning, merchandising, and retail sales process. Working closely with the Preowned Manager, Sales Managers, Service Department and other dealership teams, you will help ensure inventory is accurate, vehicles are retail-ready, and operational processes run smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate the movement of vehicles through the acquisition, reconditioning, merchandising, and retail sales process by monitoring progress, following up on delays, and helping maximize inventory availability and speed to market.
- Inspect vehicles throughout the reconditioning process, perform frontline quality control inspections, maintain vehicle appearance standards, and organize inventory across dealership, service, detail, and off-site locations.
- Support inventory administration by stocking vehicles into dealership systems, processing wholesale transactions, verifying documentation, conducting inventory audits, and maintaining accurate records of vehicle locations, keys, owner's manuals, and related inventory assets.
- Assist with vehicle merchandising by preparing vehicles for sale, photographing inventory, updating pricing, and maintaining accurate online vehicle listings, equipment information, and merchandising content.
- Transport vehicles, parts, documents, and other dealership materials as needed, including delivering customer vehicles, inventory, and loaner vehicles between dealership and off-site locations.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Pre-Owned Department, Sales Managers, and other dealership departments while building collaborative working relationships that promote efficient dealership operations.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership management systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, lift, and move vehicles throughout the dealership.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour
