Job Summary:

As a Back of House Prep Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you will be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality menu items, including salads, parfaits, and fruit cups. Your role is essential in maintaining the brand’s commitment to excellence, food safety, and customer satisfaction. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding Chick-fil-A’s high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble menu items such as salads, parfaits, and fruit cups according to Chick-fil-A’s recipes and portion standards.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored to maintain quality and food safety.
• Follow food safety protocols, including proper handwashing, glove usage, and sanitization procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper labeling and rotation of ingredients.
• Monitor prep levels and restock ingredients as needed to meet restaurant demands.
• Work efficiently to ensure timely preparation of items while minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen and leadership teams to uphold Chick-fil-A’s food quality standards.
• Assist with other back-of-house tasks as needed, including dishwashing and general kitchen cleanliness.
