As a member of our Prep team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality food for every guest, every day, and for making sure everything that leaves your station meets signature Chick-fil-A standards.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time

• 11am-7pm Shifts, or 2am-9pm Shifts

Back of House Team Member, Prep Responsibilities:

• Prepare salads, wraps, fruit cups, and parfaits safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

• Chop green leaf lettuce and tear and sort romaine lettuce for sandwiches

• Maintain enough stock of soup chicken and sliced chicken to keep the kitchen running

• Know and follow all food safety standards

• Stock your station as needed

• Keep date labels on all items in your station

• Keep your station clean and organized at all times

• Complete catering orders

• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A

• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying up-to-date on any changes

• Complete all opening and closing responsibilities as assigned

• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistent and reliable

• High school diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled in school

• Cheerful and positive attitude

• Loves serving and helping others

• Customer service oriented

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented

• Able to multi-task

• Works well independently and in a team environment

• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

• Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
