With sweeping ocean views, vibrant energy, and a lively soundtrack from day to night, the rooftop offers a unique dining experience that blends fresh flavors with beachside ambiance.

The Role

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Prep Cook to support our culinary team and help us deliver high-quality, fresh, and flavorful dishes to guests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening team for one of Venice’s most anticipated new rooftop venues.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare ingredients for service including chopping vegetables, making sauces, portioning proteins, and more
• Follow prep lists and recipes with precision and efficiency
• Assist with kitchen setup and organization
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout prep areas
• Label and store food properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste
• Support line cooks and chefs as needed during service
• Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Solid knife skills and basic culinary knowledge
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under pressure
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
