 At Napa, we pride ourselves on offering a sophisticated dining experience with a focus on fine wines and excellent cuisine.  We have opened our third location in the Carolinas within Exchange Glenwood Place  and are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Cooks to join our team. At Napa, we believe that great food starts with great preparation. Our prep team is essential to ensuring smooth service and maintaining our high standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency. What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and portion ingredients for service, ensuring freshness and consistency.
• Wash, chop, and measure ingredients for line cooks and chefs.
• Execute basic cooking techniques such as blanching, roasting, and sauce preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety protocols.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper inventory rotation.
• Support kitchen operations, ensuring the team is set up for smooth service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Strong knife skills and an understanding of basic culinary techniques.
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and cleanly in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for food, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
• Reliable and punctual team player who takes pride in their work.
