We are seeking individuals to join our prep team. Prep cooks are responsible for following all recipes of Taste to consistently produce quality product.
Applicants must be 18+
- Ability to work mornings and afternoons
- Must be able to stand for majority of shift
- General knowledge of food safety and kitchen lingo
- General knife skills
- General math skills
- Kitchen or prep experience preferred
- Willingness to follow all food production procedures and produce food to that of the quality expected by Taste and the health department.
- Ability to follow a written recipe
- Ability to follow a par sheet and checklist
- Responsible for maintaining consistency in all recipes for the restaurant
