We are looking for Prep Cooks who enjoy an upbeat and team environment. If you are hardworking, self-motivated, and a team player this can be a role you would excel at.

 What You’ll Do:

• Ensures all materials and supplies are available for food preparation and service.


• Sets up prep station according to established guidelines and requirements to ensure guest safety and efficient workflow.


• Ensure that all foods are prepared according to established recipes and plating guidelines, maintaining product quality and cooking time standards.


• Maintains a clean appearance and workstation, assisting in overall kitchen cleanliness, including cleaning all station equipment at the end of each shift.


• Restocks and/or breaks down workstation at the conclusion of the shift, ensuring readiness for the next shift.


• Assists management in training new staff members within their department, sharing knowledge and expertise to support team development.


• Maintains a high level of knowledge regarding the company’s products and offerings, providing accurate information to guests as needed.


• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by chefs, management, or supervisors, demonstrating a sense of urgency and initiative.


• Understands and utilizes all safety and sanitation practices as defined in the safety program, reporting any accidents to management promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school degree or GED preferred.


• Good written and verbal communication skills.


• Six months minimum as a prep cook in a full-service, restaurant


• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and physically demanding environment.


• Must be able to spend 100% of working time standing, walking, and reaching.
