The Pre-Production (Data Entry) Assistant provides administrative and systems support to the Pre-Production and design team by maintaining accurate and timely artwork, strike-off comments, color and print information, and production files across key systems. This position supports the team throughout the seasonal development process and works closely with cross-functional partners to ensure information is organized, updated, and available when needed.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and update artwork and production information in Centric.
• Upload art pages and artwork updates into Centric.
• Upload and maintain strike-off comments in Centric.
• Upload color and print palettes into Centric
• Upload artwork and related files to the FTP site.
• Create and print art pages at the beginning of each season for all categories.
• Maintain accurate and organized digital files and documentation.
• Ensure uploads and updates are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
• Support the Pre-Production team with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and entering/updating information accurately.
• Ability to learn and navigate systems such as Centric, FTP, and related production tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Ability to follow established processes and maintain accuracy with repetitive data-entry tasks.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet seasonal and production deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, production, apparel, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with Centric, FTP sites, or similar production management systems preferred

Pay range: $21.50-$26.00
