Who Are We?

We have educated thousands of children since first opening in 1964 as Yucca Court Day Care Center. Both Yucca Court and Ms. Carolyn's were founded by Mrs. Freda Sanders, the mother of five children, grandmother of nine, and great-grandmother of three. Mrs. Sanders later turned the management of Ms. Carolyn's over to her youngest daughter, Carolyn Usategui who has three children and three grandchildren of her own. We are proud to continue their legacy by providing excellent care to the children of Fayetteville.

What You’ll Do: 

• Guiding Classroom Operations: Take the lead in shaping the overall learning experience. 


• Building Meaningful Connections: Forge strong relationships with both children and their families. 


• Fostering a Positive Environment: Create a consistently positive, clean, and nurturing space for the children under your care. 

What You Bring to the Table: 

• Age: Be a minimum of 18 years old. 


• Certification & Education:
  
  
  
  • Active CDA, or a Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in ECE.
  
  
  • NC Qualifying Letter.
  
  
  
  


• Experience: 1+ years in a licensed childcare facility.


• Training Requirements:  
  
  
  
  • Possess CPR and First Aid certification.
  
  
  • Pass a Background Check.
  
  
  
  


•  Shift: Ability to work 7:30pm-4:30pm or 8:30-5:30, Monday-Friday.
