PreScreen Specialist

Join our team as a PreScreen Specialist in consumer sales and make a positive impact on the lives of Veterans and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from potential clients seeking information about our home care and related services. Outbound calls will involve prospecting for new leads, qualifying potential clients, and communicating with referral and care partner organizations.


• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and addressing their needs.


• Client Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.


• Sales Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study preferred. High school diploma/GED required.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written


• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare sales and/or healthcare customer service preferred. Comparable experience/degree may be considered


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Passion for helping Veterans and their families


• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office and remote). Minimum 40% in office.
