Job Title: Pre-Treat Operator/Blaster (1st Shift)
Location: Dubuque, IA
Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Hours:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday 7:00AM – 3:00PM)

Pay: $17.50/hour

Position Overview

The Pre-Treat Operator prepares the product for coating through a variety of pre-treat methods to consistently meets customer specifications, quality requirements, and production standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment and tools including media blast machines and chemical wash systems.


• Follow schedules, travelers, and documented procedures to ensure efficient and accurate processing.


• Move materials and finished product throughout the production process using forklifts and pallet jacks.


• Complete daily logs, safety inspections, and quality checks including chemical titration testing.


• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards while preventing under-treatment or rusting of parts.


• Cross train and assist in multiple production areas as needed.


• Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a positive, professional attitude.


• Perform additional duties as assigned.
