As our Pricing & Payables Specialist, you’ll be at the center of that impact, bringing clarity, precision, and ownership to the systems that keep our business running smoothly.

This role sits at the intersection of finance and product, where accuracy meets strategy. You won’t just process invoices or update pricing, you’ll help ensure our data is clean, our margins are protected, and our team has the confidence to move fast and make smart decisions.

What You’ll Own

Pricing & Product Management

• Maintain and update product pricing in SAP and other systems


• Ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with vendor agreements and internal strategy


• Monitor margin consistency and flag discrepancies or opportunities


• Support product setup, item maintenance, and data integrity


• Partner with purchasing and sales teams to keep product information clean and usable

Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner


• Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies


• Maintain strong vendor relationships and communication


• Ensure proper documentation and organization within our systems


• Support month-end close processes

Cross-Functional Impact

• Improve processes that reduce errors and increase efficiency


• Bring attention to gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement


• Help create clarity so teams can move faster and with confidence

What You’ll Bring

• 1 - 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, pricing, or data management


• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy


• Mid-level Excel skills, including confidence using VLOOKUPs (or similar functions)


• Comfort working in systems (SAP experience is a plus)


• Solid communication skills and the ability to follow through


• A problem-solving mindset - you don’t just spot issues, you help fix them


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized


• Pre-employment drug and background screening required

Quick Details

• Full-time | Monday–Friday


• 8:30 am - 5:00 pm


• On-site in Salt Lake City, UT
