We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our
growing outpatient practice in Fort Lauderdale.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient setting
  
• Monday – Friday schedule (8:00 AM
  – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary
  care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and
  acute care.
  
• Develop personalized treatment
  plans in collaboration with patients.
  
• Coordinate care with specialists
  and ancillary services as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  
• Deliver high -quality, value -based
  care focused on outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  

Qualifications

• Active Florida Medical License
  
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
  in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient
  primary care experience
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  
• Experience with value -based care
  models preferred.
