Private Medical has spent the last 20 years creating a new category of concierge medicine —

Based in California, New York, and Florida our physician-led teams work in concert with our Gynecologist, Naturopathic Medicine Doctor, curated local specialists, elite medical centers, and specialists around the world, to provide relationship focused, evidence-based, longitudinal care to our members/patients and their families. Private Medical is, by design, privately held and free from any conflicts of interests.
Overview:
In this role you will work within a high-quality, highly communicative/collaborative, and team-based architecture to oversee the comprehensive health and well-being of patients. Physicians will participate in regular huddles with their team to proactively identify health care issues and orchestrate a plan of care with the assistance of their team and the support of an entire organization.

Initial Conversation with our Chief Medical Officer
This conversation is an opportunity for us to learn more about your clinical experience, approach to patient care, career goals, and what you're looking for in your next opportunity. It's also a chance for you to learn more about Private Medical, our physician model, culture, and the role itself.
Leadership Interview with our CEO and Co-Founder
Selected candidates will meet with our CEO and one of our Co-Founders to discuss the broader vision of Private Medical, our commitment to exceptional patient care, and the values that guide our organization. This conversation is designed to explore mutual alignment around leadership, culture, growth, and what it means to practice medicine in a highly personalized care model.
Team Interviews
We believe physician recruitment is a collaborative process. Candidates will have the opportunity to meet key members of our clinical and operational leadership teams, gain insight into how we work together across disciplines, and better understand the patient experience we strive to deliver every day. Finalists will be invited to spend time onsite with members of our care team, including physicians, registered nurses, and patient care administrators. This visit provides an opportunity to experience our practice environment firsthand, observe how our teams collaborate, and gain a deeper understanding of the Private Medical model and culture.

As we approach the final stages of the process, we may request professional references and continue discussions regarding practice location, patient panel opportunities, onboarding, and long-term career goals.
