Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician for Omni Family Health in Bakersfield, California. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician seeking a predictable weekday schedule, established clinical support, and community-based primary care.

Family Medicine physicians may provide care across the lifespan, while Internal Medicine physicians may focus on adult primary care. Providers work within an established, patient-centered clinical team utilizing NextGen EHR.

NEW GRADUATES AND EXPERIENCED PHYSICIANS ARE WELCOME.

COMPENSATION
• $275,000–$316,000 annual base salary
• Provider bonus plan
• Longevity pay
• Sign-on bonus available
• Relocation assistance available
• Student loan repayment up to $100,000

SCHEDULE / PRACTICE
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 100% outpatient ambulatory care
• Approximately 22 patients per day
• No inpatient responsibilities
• Patient-centered, team-based care model
• Established clinical support team
• NextGen EHR

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care.
• Family Medicine physicians may care for patients across the lifespan.
• Internal Medicine physicians may focus on adult primary care.
• Work collaboratively with an established clinical team.
• Support patient-centered medicine and quality-improvement efforts.
• Maintain an outpatient patient panel without inpatient responsibilities.

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine REQUIRED
• Clear and active California medical license REQUIRED
• Current DEA registration REQUIRED
• Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care REQUIRED
• Ability to work effectively within a patient-centered, team-based clinical environment REQUIRED
