DESCRIPTION

Vision Quest Solutions is seeking experienced Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physicians to provide outpatient primary care services supporting Indian Health Service healthcare facilities throughout the Phoenix Area.

Physicians will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care including preventive services, evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, medication management, diagnostic testing, specialty referrals, patient education, and coordination of care.     

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Provide preventive healthcare and routine health maintenance
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support continuity of care  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine qualifications
• Active, unrestricted medical license
• Ability to meet applicable certification requirements
• Ability to successfully complete IHS credentialing and clinical privileging
• Ability to successfully complete required security and onboarding requirements
• Outpatient primary care experience
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient-management skills
• Ability to meet applicable facility-specific requirements
