Job Description - Primary Care/Urgent Care Provider

Vivo HealthStaff is

Primary Care Clinic in San Luis Obispo

Guaranteed three 12-hour shifts per week, additional shifts may be available upon request

Hours of operation for each shift will be from 8:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m.

Qualifications Include:

1. MD or DO from an accredited medical school or Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

2. Valid California licensure

3. American Heart Association BLS/CPR, PALS, and ACLS certification.
