Primary Therapist PHP/IOP

Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in San Jose, CA!

The ideal candidate is flexible, dedicated, knows how to take initiative, maintains appropriate boundaries, and stays calm in stressful situations. A considerable amount of training will be provided, and you will have the support of your team-members. This position is challenging yet rewarding as our staff have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of teens and their families.

Schedule: We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the work and are willing to work with your schedule! Full-time candidates have the option of working hybrid (2 days from home 3 days in office), flexible hours, and potentially a 4 day work week. Part-time candidates must commit to a minimum of 10 session hours per week (groups included).

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
• Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
• Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups
• Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
• Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
• Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator

Requirements:

• LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, associates welcome!
• Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check
• Exceptional clinical judgment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
