Print Production Specialist

A local manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing exceptional work. This role supports production by creating, printing, and organizing high-quality labels that keep operations moving efficiently.

Work Location

This is an in-facility position based in Shasta Lake, California. The Print Production Specialist works onsite alongside Production, Packaging, and Operations teams. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.

What You'll Do

• Create, edit, and prepare artwork using Adobe Illustrator.


• Print accurate, high-quality labels according to production schedules.


• Verify artwork, barcodes, dimensions, and quantities before production.


• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot printing equipment.


• Track label inventory and maintain organized production records.


• Perform quality-control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.


• Communicate priorities and issues with leadership and production teams.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work.

• Professional experience using Adobe Illustrator.


• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.


• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
