We are looking for an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to run high-quality printing equipment and help deliver packaging products for well-known consumer brands. This role offers hands-on responsibility, modern equipment, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced production team.

Compensation & Schedule

• $25.00 - $29.12/hour based on experience


• Shift premium available for off-shift employees


• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (10-hour shifts)
  


• Training provided on day shift

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses according to job specifications


• Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration throughout production runs


• Perform efficient job changeovers while minimizing downtime


• Conduct quality inspections and document production results


• Troubleshoot printing and mechanical issues


• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning


• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met


• Work collaboratively with team members and production leadership

Qualifications

• 1+ years of flexographic press operating experience preferred


• Experience with CI (Central Impression) presses is highly desirable


• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills


• Knowledge of inks, substrates, anilox rolls, and flexographic printing processes


• Ability to read and interpret job tickets, production specifications, and measurements


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


• Reliable attendance and safety-focused mindset
