Private Duty Nurse- 12-Hour Shifts Available

12-Hour Shifts, DAYS Sunday and Monday- 7am-7pm Also Available PMS 7pm-7am Monday-Friday in Forest Park, IL.  Home Care Nursing Case. LPNs or RNs with Critical Care Experience Needed. (G-Tube, Trach - Vent for overnights)  Immediate Need. Young-adult client. We can hire Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses for this Private Duty Nurse case. (Looking Primarily to fill the Month of August, but ongoing shifts to be offered if a great match!)

Must have experience with G-Tubes and Trachs, Vents. Critical Care Needed. 

Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties:

• Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act.


• Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.


• Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.


• Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.


• Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.

Position Requirements 

Nurse Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in state for which you are applying. (Illinois)


• Home Health Experience Preferred


• Pediatric Experience Preferred (Trach, G-Tube) 


• Oasis Trained


• 1 year experience.


• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.


• Reliable car / auto insurance.


• Clean background and criminal record.
