This particular role does not require you go through the MNT Instructor Certification, but a renowned program certification is required (i.e. Balanced Body, Stott, etc). This role will be given the option to also take our instructor certification training, if interested.

    2+ years of experience leading group fitness classes and/or Private Instruction on the Reformer 

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    A love for movement, Pilates, the MNT brand, and motivating others to feel their best!

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    A desire to teach Pilates private and semi-private sessions that are athletic, creative, and full of energy, all while keeping things grounded in the classic principles of alignment, precision, and flow—whether you're already a pro or ready to dive into the world of Pilates!

    Willingness to receive coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Available to teach afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Must be available to teach at least 4 sessions per week
