AHMG Cardiology at Partin Settlement

2488 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34744

Monday - Friday PRN schedule (8am-5pm)

* may float to practices in Celebration, Kissimmee and Poinciana

• Obtains a complete and current history of the patient and the reason for the exam. 
• Performs quality echocardiogram and vascular studies for adequate diagnostic evaluation by the reading physicians.
• Obtains all views required for processing. Inputs notes and history at the completion of the exam.
• Inputs data at the completion of the exam.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Checks practitioner orders for accuracy and clarify with offices, floors, or physicians as needed.
• Notifies the floor if the patient has had an echocardiogram within the past six months.
• Utilizes all safety measures provided for the department and individual technologists.
• Always uses two types of patient identifiers, such as name and date of birth.
• Assures proper positioning, technique, and protocol for each exam. Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
• Technical/Vocational School [Required]

Field of Study:
• Graduate of a JCERT approved Cardiovascular program/ARDMS/RCIS registered/registry eligible
