PRN Nurse

The PRN Nurse is a growth role to serve patients on our census.  This position could work during the day throughout the week or cover on-call nights and weekends occasionally.

What are the job responsibilities?

The PRN Nurse will provide comprehensive care coordination and support to hospice patients and their families. This RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, coordinating care services, and providing emotional support throughout the end-of-life journey. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Clinical Assessment and Care Planning


• Symptom Management and Pain Control


• Emotional Support and Counseling


• Care Coordination and Collaboration


• Documentation and Compliance

What do you need?

• RN licensure for the state of Indiana


• Clean driving record, and valid driver’s license and auto insurance
