In this role, you’ll:

• Welcome and assist patients, families, and visitors


• Provide directions and information about hospital services


• Help create a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment


• Serve as an ambassador for Deaconess and its mission

High school diploma/GED or current high school enrollment required. Customer service experience preferred. CPR Provider-C required.
