Pay per routine visit: $75

Pay per SOC Assessment: $95

Control your Schedule (Flexible Hours)

Mileage Reimbursement

Home Health Visits throughout the Northside of Chicago coverage area

Willing to travel to different areas of the surrounding suburbs

Headquarters Located in Melrose Park

Experience working in home health preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Registered nurse conducts in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Registered nurse monitors patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the healthcare team

Registered nurse educates patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Document all patient interactions, observations, and care provided accurately

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, Driver's License, & proof of insurance.

Minimum of one year of experience in direct patient care, preferably in home health or hospital setting.

Proficiency in medical terminology and basic life support (BLS) certification

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiar with OASIS documentation.

Knowledge of wound care management and infection control practices

Experience:

Nursing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

BLS Certification (Required)

RN (Required)
