Position Title: Process & Inventory Control coordinator
Location: Irvine, CA
Work Arrangement: On-site
Position Summary
This position is a full-time position at the Irvine site of DZYNE Technologies LLC. The primary goal of this role is to manage the complete lifecycle of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and execute all associated ERP transactions for defective, quarantined, or reworked materials. The Process & Inventory Control Coordinator ensures that physical non-conforming products perfectly match their digital status in the NCR and ERP systems, preventing defective inventory from accidentally being used in production.
Required Duties and Responsibilities:
- NCR Management: Initiate, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports in the quality system
- Physical & Digital Isolation: Coordinate the physical segregation of defective items into the MRB area and immediately update their location status to "Quarantine" in the ERP system.
- Cross-Functional Tracking: Follow up with Engineering, Production, Shipping, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure NCR investigations and disposition approvals move forward.
- Material Dispositions: Process approved dispositions in NAV, including issuing rework RO, posting inventory adjustments for scrapped material or moving UAI disposition or successfully reworked items back to active stock.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Audit the MRB location regularly to ensure physical counts match the ERP system's non-conforming inventory records.
- Process Improvement: Analyzing data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in manufacturing, quality control, or inventory management.
- ERP Experience: Proficiency in executing basic material movements and inventory status changes within an ERP system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry to prevent inventory discrepancies.
- Experience: Previous experience in quality control, assurance and manufacturing environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex systems and data to identify potential risks.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for documenting findings and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to perform root cause analysis and propose effective corrective actions.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of AS9001 or ISO 9001 or other major Quality Management Systems.
- NAV Expertise: Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (or Business Central) for inventory management.

Work Authorization Requirement:
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship. Salary: $96,000 - $105,000 annually Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.
