You\u2019ll set up processing equipment, conduct technical tests and experiments, process test runs, and present findings to optimize yield. Your technical expertise supports process development, contributing to Lam\u2019s commitment to innovation.\n\nIn this role, you will directly contribute to ___.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Supports Process Engineers in preparation for wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) tests, equipment setup, experiments, data collection, and sample submissions.\n * Operates processing equipment and advanced tools with recipes defined by engineering teams to collect experiment results, capture measurements (e.g. thin film, CD, wafter disposition performance) and chemistry properties analysis.\n * Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and schematics of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield optimization areas.\n * Provides technical assistance to process development teams and process engineers.\n * Assist in technical troubleshooting and improvement opportunities of the application lab tools and experiment setups.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * 2-4 years of related experience.\n * Associates degree in technical field, Technical Certificate, Diploma or higher in semiconductors, electronics, chemistry, mechanical, or related field.\n * Ability to work in a clean room environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment (PPE), cleanroom suit, or smock.\n * Foundational communication skills, reading and writing, in English.\n * Ability to work a shift schedule.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
