Product Designer - UX

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a UX/Product Designer


• An absolute passion for creating & designing solutions to problems from a user-centered approach


• A positive attitude with a willingness to collaborate & learn


• The drive & work ethic to strive for perfection & not let failure stop you


• A good sense of humor & empathy for others


• The ability to work with a multidisciplinary team (Sales, Technology, Leadership, etc.)


• A portfolio (online or in document form) that speaks to your experience & skills in UX/Product Design


• Strong communication skills & the ability to work well alone or on a team


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


• Experience with, or open to, assisting with user research initiatives


• Fluency in building wireframes, flows, and prototypes


• Success in building data mapping diagrams for user experience


• Proven ability to establish oneself as an expert in UX in an organization


• Most importantly, preference for a data-driven design and validated learning mindset


• Ability to create detailed high-fidelity comps and associated specifications for engineering consumption


• Experience creating and/or contributing to design systems


• Experience using Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, and other UX tools
