Product Evangelist

We are growing fast and are looking for someone with deep domain expertise in Human Resources and Organization Design to help us market and grow our customer base.     We are seeking a Product Evangelist to help us refine our message to HR managers across the country and help us evangelize and promote our new product. The job will be an integral part of our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with prospective customers in HR roles

• Evangelize the benefits of the Blink Awards peer to peer award platform

• Connect with potential customers through HR trade events and hosting meet-ups

• Demonstrate thought leadership in Human Capital Management, Human Resources Management and Corporate Culture

• Write blogs and white papers to build credibility in the field of employee engagement and become a trusted advisor to senior decision makers

• Develop compelling presentations, videos and demos in order to attract and build our customer base

• Provide customer and market feedback to the product and engineering teams and influence product direction.

• 10+ years in Human Resource or Organizational Behavior or Human Capital Roles

• BA Required (MBA Preferred)

• passionate advocate for employee recognition & employee engagement

• Expert level knowledge in all aspects of human resources and corporate culture - performance management, motivation, leadership development, employee recruiting, benefits and general management.

• strong writing skills (ability to write blogs and white papers)

• strong presentation skills required to host events, virtual meet-ups and trade shows

• deep contact base with HR professionals and knowledge of HR eco-system

• Enjoys the thrill of working with a young and ambitious start-up team who want to build a world-class company

• tech savvy and comfortable working closely with web-designers, SEO engineers and data scientists

• Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.

• Conversational knowledge of technologies like SaaS, Mobile Applications, and other modern HRS systems.
