Position Title: Product Integrity Manager
Reports To: Sr. Director of Responsible Supply Chain and Product Integrity
Direct Reports: Product Integrity Associate


Overview:
The Product Integrity Manager will lead global execution of the company's chemical management and product integrity program, ensuring product safety and compliance standards meet and exceed licensor expectations.


Key Accountabilities:



  • Stay current on industry, licensor, and global regulatory requirements affecting products shipped into each region

  • Build out compliance standards and training expectations, and monitor new factories for adherence

  • Support global teams in maintaining safe, compliant manufacturing practices

  • Review audit and test results to confirm compliance with chemical and safety requirements

  • Oversee failure remediation, lead root cause investigations, and implement preventative measures

  • Coordinate with overseas testing partners to resolve issues and meet seasonal testing and documentation deadlines

  • Run seasonal product risk assessments across all brands, collaborating with Sourcing and Design teams

  • Flag and escalate process or systems issues that slow program progress

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sourcing, Design, overseas Merchandising, Quality Assurance, licensors, and third-party service providers

  • Help recruit, train, and develop team talent

  • Take on special projects as needed


Required Skills/Abilities/Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in Management or an apparel-related science

  • 3-5+ years of experience in designing, developing, or manufacturing children's apparel (manufacturing environment experience a plus)

  • Solid working knowledge of international safety regulations for children's apparel and accessories

  • Self-starter who can multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with close attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with remote, multicultural teams

  • Able to travel up to 30%

  • Proficient with Excel and database systems

  • Basic understanding of foundational chemistry

  • Experience with AS400 and/or PLM systems a plus


This is an in-office role, reflecting the importance of hands-on familiarity with product quality and craftsmanship across the brand portfolio.
