Aligned Talent Acquisition is partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law firm seeking an experienced Product Liability Associate Attorney to join its Mass Tort and Product Liability practice in Atlanta, GA.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated, high-stakes litigation and wants to take on meaningful responsibility while working alongside experienced trial attorneys on complex, high-exposure matters.

Qualifications

• 
  

  4+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving product liability, mass torts, class actions, or complex commercial disputes.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience handling discovery, depositions, expert witnesses, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage complex litigation matters and work collaboratively with attorneys and clients.

  
  


• 
  

  Trial experience or a judicial clerkship is a plus, but not required.
