Key Responsibilities\n\n * Owns product change management (PCM) and control\n * Unreleased product approval and control\n * ECO (Engineering Change Order) approval\n * Implementation of PCN (Part Change Notification), with Global Product Support\n * Provides guidance/input to Engineering and the Business Unit about the field service impact of part/supplier changes.\n * Accuracy of customer shipped configurations and BOMs (Bill of Materials)\n * CaRM (Configuration accuracy Review Meeting) reviews\n * BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy\n * NSR (Non Standard Request) approval \n * Owns common modules roadmap and implementation post Phase 5 of ePLC\n * Implementation of component roadmaps including part obsolescence, replacements, alternative vendors and cost reduction\n * Facilitates Intercompany communication to align on product strategies, provide guidance on pricing, spare level contents, and restricted part orders.\n * Implementation of cost reduction roadmap\n * Manage strategic vendor issues\n * Manage all changes to the product after product release\n * whether driven by engineering, quality, safety, customer demands or supply obsolesce\n\n\n\nFunctional Knowledge\n\n * Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities\n\n\n\nBusiness Expertise\n\n * Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work\n\n\n\nLeadership\n\n * No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members\n\n\n\nProblem Solving\n\n * Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents \n\n\n\nImpact\n\n * Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies\n\n\n\nInterpersonal Skills\n\n * Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n2 - 4 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$100,000.00 - $136,500.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
