This position is working as part of our FanFix team. FanFix is the leading membership platform for the new generation of creators with 15M+ users.

FanFix is a cutting -edge platform designed to empower creators to monetize their content. We provide a space where creators can sell their content via subscription and one -time payments, offering unique features such as live -streaming, carousel posts, and direct messaging. As we continue to grow, we're looking to add innovative, experienced, and passionate individuals to our team.

The Opportunity:

FanFix Product Managers work with cross -functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists
and researchers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers
who value moving quickly.
Product Manager

Responsibilities:

â Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web -based products and
platforms.

â Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or
products.

â Drive product development with teams of world -class engineers and designers, while
maintaining team health.

â Work closely with cross -functional teams to drive product vision, define product
requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the
team through key milestones.

â Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to
improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.

â Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key
performance metrics.

â Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are
aligned with our mission and recognized as best in the industry.

â Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and
creative solutions are the norm.

Minimum Qualifications:

â 5+ years product management or related industry experience

â Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science,
Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a
related field and 2+ years of experience in the following:

â Experience product management or product design

â Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive
product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design,
legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones

â Experience delivering technical presentations

â Experience analyzing complex, large -scale data sets and making decisions based on data

â Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and
developing them into a product solution

â Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design

â Displaying leadership, organizational and execution skills

â Proven communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

â Experience identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and
roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.

â Experience going through a full product life -cycle, integrating customer feedback into product
requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post -launch execution.

â Proven to be enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment in which the
process is fluid and creative solutions are the nor

The
pay range for this role is between $65,000 - $80,000. Actual
pay within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including
your residence location and prior work experience. Equity,
benefits, and a discretionary bonus may be additional forms of
compensation for this role and are not included in the provided
pay range.
