Product Manager - Medium Voltage Control Assemblies (MVCA)

Eaton\u2019s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Product Manager - Medium Voltage Control Assemblies (MVCA). The position will be based at our facility in Arden, NC. We are offering relocation assistance for the candidates who reside within the U.S.\n\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year.\n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nReporting to the Product Line Manager, this role will lead product strategy, growth, profitability, and new product development for the MVCA portfolio, including Ampgard medium voltage motor control and SC9000 medium voltage drives. The Product Manager will work closely with sales, engineering, operations, marketing, and supply chain and will lead an MVCA Associate Product Manager.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\n\u2022 Develop and execute the MVCA product line strategy, growth plans, and annual priorities. \n\u2022 Own the product roadmap and lifecycle plans for MVCA product line. \n\u2022 Lead Voice of Customer activities, market analysis, and competitive intelligence. \n\u2022 Drive new product development and product launches through the ProLaunch process. \n\u2022 Manage product positioning, pricing, profitability, and portfolio performance. \n\u2022 Provide application and commercial support to sales, customers, consultants, OEMs, contractors, and channel partners. \n\u2022 Develop product training, presentations, and sales enablement materials. \n\u2022 Coordinate cross-functional programs to improve customer experience, market penetration, and business performance. \n\u2022 Monitor sales and market performance and provide monthly and quarterly business updates. \n\u2022 Lead, coach, and develop the MVCA Associate Product Manager.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBasic Qualifications: \n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited institution. \n\u2022 Minimum of five years of experience in product management, applications engineering, sales engineering, or a related role within the electrical industry. \n\u2022 Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc. \n\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in electrical engineering, marketing, business, or a related field. \n\u2022 Master\u2019s degree in business or engineering. \n\u2022 Experience with medium voltage motor control, drives, switchgear, or industrial power distribution. \n\u2022 Experience with product roadmapping, new product development, and product launches. \n\u2022 Knowledge of industrial markets and applicable UL, IEEE, IEC, and NEMA standards. \n\u2022 Experience with Eaton ProLaunch, Lean Six Sigma, or similar processes. \n \nPosition Criteria: \n\u2022 Experience with engineered electrical products or power distribution solutions. \n\u2022 Ability to travel up to 40% \n\n\n## Skills:\n\nPosition Criteria: \n\u2022 Strong business acumen and ability to turn customer and market insights into clear priorities. \n\u2022 Solid understanding of medium voltage applications and engineered-to-order products. \n\u2022 Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. \n\u2022 Strong analytical, project management, communication, and presentation skills. \n\u2022 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\n\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
