Our Journey
About the Role
This seat owns product marketing and go-to-market strategy for our US business — translating platform and customer data into launch plans and campaign strategy that drive activation, retention, and growth.
You'll work closely with the General Manager and will be one of the most cross-functional person in the US org: shaping GTM strategy from platform and customer data, working with Growth to bring campaigns to life, with regular exposure to how Business Development approaches monetization and Regional Marketing team runs CRM.
Note: This role is based in Austin, Texas.
What You'll Own
- Product & GTM strategy: Translate platform and customer data into go-to-market strategy for new feature launches, sign-up flow improvements, and product upgrades.
- Marketing campaign strategy & execution: Set the strategy, brief the work, execute the plan, and stay accountable for results, from idea through measurement and iteration.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Growth, Business Development, and Product on launches that need GTM's involvement.
- Lifecycle marketing: Exposure to how the CRM journey (acquisition, activation, retention, win-back) runs in our core marketing systems, including Needle and Braze, and how it connects to GTM strategy.
- Monetisation: Exposure to how Business Development approaches monetization strategy for app, web, and browser extension, and how that shapes campaign priorities.
Essentials to Succeed
- 0 to 4 years of experience in marketing, business, economics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience or exposure across multiple marketing specializations (e.g., product marketing, growth, lifecycle/CRM, campaigns) in a start-up/growth environment.
- AI-native. You already use AI tools as your default way of working, not as a novelty. You'll be expected to operate at a fluency level the rest of the org is actively building toward.
- Strong business acumen with genuine marketing curiosity and intuition. You notice why a campaign, funnel, or feature works and want to know how to make the next one work better.
- High ownership, low ego. Equally comfortable in the strategy conversation and in the details when it's needed.
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with CRM platforms (Braze, Iterable, or similar).
- Familiarity with e-commerce, fintech, or rewards/cashback business models.
- Comfort with SQL or a similar data-querying tool.
