About The Role

In this role, you will drive scaling of our housing products, and will lead both strategic decision-making and operational execution. You will also focus on enhancing our growth trajectory and operational efficiency with our team, ensuring agility and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations for our finance product suite

• Program manage product launches - create enablement materials, run training sessions, manage rollout timelines

• Own the customer feedback loop - synthesize data from Gong, support tickets, and surveys to drive product improvements

• Lead compliance projects for finance and insurance offerings

• Manage ongoing customer engagements and expansion opportunities

Ideal Background

• Has led customer implementations for finance/accounting software or proptech

• Experience in property management, accounting systems, or financial services

• Can manage 5-10+ concurrent implementations

• Product operations or consulting background

Requirements

• Experience in implementation management, customer success, or engagement management for B2B SaaS products

• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, or property management operations

• Track record working in heavily regulated industries

• Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations

• Comfortable managing ambiguity and building processes from scratch

• Strong communication skills - can work with both technical and business stakeholders

• Willingness to work in-office in NYC 4-5 days/week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $230,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
