Express Employment Professionals is currently assisting an industry leading manufacturer in their search to fill an Assembler – Production Worker job in Cottage Grove, MN. These are contract to hire and temporary opportunities. As an Assembler – Production Worker you will be assembling and packaging various products according to specifications within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities for this Assembler – Production Worker job include:

• Set up and operate machines for runs
• Hand assemble as needed
• Clean work area
• Load and unload products from machines once completed
• Verify accuracy of machine/motor settings
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 6 months work experience is fast pace environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Work Schedule - Pay: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available!

• 1st Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM, Saturday morning OT required | $15.00/hr.
• 2nd Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM, Saturday afternoon OT required | $15.60/hr.
• 3rd Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM (Sun-Thurs), Friday night OT required | $15.90/hr.
