Production Assistant - Program Participant

Job Description - Production Assistant - Program Participant

Job Summary

Program participants spend 9 months in Women’s Bean Project’s transitional job-readiness training program. During this time, you will work as a Production Assistant in our dry-food manufacturing operation, gaining hands-on experience, building strong transferable skills, and developing the professional behaviors expected in today’s entry-level workplaces.
