Production Associate

Position overview
This entry-level role supports repetitive or hands-on production tasks while maintaining quality, safety, and workflow standards.

On-site environment: This is an on-site position. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.

What you’ll do

·       Perform assigned assembly, preparation, packaging, or production tasks

·       Inspect work for basic quality requirements

·       Maintain an organized workstation

·       Communicate production issues to onsite leads

What helps you succeed: A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
