Production Associate I (Manufacturing) Second Shift

The Production Associate I sets up and operates automatic or semi-automatic machinery and related equipment within a continuous production environment. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and other controls to ensure compliance with production specifications

• Performing in-process quality tests (e.g., hardness, weight, variation, pH, moisture content) to confirm that products meet required standards

• Maintaining accurate inventory records of raw materials used in batch manufacturing

• Completing and maintaining up-to-date batch records and production documentation

• Identifying, reporting, and addressing equipment malfunctions or process abnormalities

• Making minor equipment adjustments and repairs as appropriate

Performing all work in accordance with established safety, quality
