Job Title: Production Associate (Wash)

Position Summary

Production Associates will be responsible for performing various tasks as a team related to the washing and inspection of bulk reusable containers. This position may require feeding machinery, removing, packing and inspecting parts to ensure product quality. This position will be responsible for adhering to Arena’s strict safety and quality standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Work collaboratively to meet depot productivity plans, achieving the highest quality standard while meeting KPI (key performance indicator) targets
• Support the organization’s effort to drive continuous improvement
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations by performing tasks in a safe and organized manner while maintaining a clean, organized work area
• Follow standard operating procedures for all production operations, adhering to all GMP standards 
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• One year of manufacturing experience (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to follow and understand procedures and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move 20-50 pounds.

Work Environment

Standard production floor / warehouse / receiving area with forklifts and manufacturing equipment, the noise level can be moderate to high. The employee is occasionally exposed to chemicals and moving mechanical parts.
