Production Lead

 Position Objective: Manage all aspect of internal donation product flow within assigned department

Experience, Education, Requirements:

• Good Work Ethic 
• Interest or Experience in working with reusable goods 
• Coaching, teaching or teamwork experience desired
• Communicate professionally and clearly 
• Ability to take directions from Supervisor

Summary of Responsibility – Illustrative, not all inclusive:

• Direct and support logistics of physical donation 
• Fill in for staff as directed by supervisor
• Drive truck route as needed
• Work alongside Vocational Training participants and volunteers 
• Set an excellent example of work ethic 
• Make decisions quickly 
• Motivated to accomplish and exceed, required tasks 
• Assist in maintaining intentional, faith-based, healthy, healing community and code of conduct.
• Lead and supervise Vocational Training participants and volunteers 
• Represent a Christian organization and assist in maintaining an intentional, faith-based, healthy, healing community and code of conduct.
• Get along well with others from varied backgrounds
