Work hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am â 5:00 pm with some overtime.
Pay Scale: $23.00-$29.00/HR DOE
Qualification Requirements:
- 2+ years management experience. Prior experience scheduling or logistics in trades industry a plus, but not needed
- Advanced Verbal and written communication skills
- Phone skills
- Laser tight attention to detail, organized, results driven individual
- Able to multi-function and change priorities on the fly
- Able to navigate through and use purchasing software and follow a PO process
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Ability to use computer software (Microsoft, ServiceTitan, etc)

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Lead, mentor, and develop Production Team members
- Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching & training
- Conduct team meetings to align priorities and resolve operational challenges
- Address performance concerns promptly and professionally
- Track team attendance and verify timesheets
- Hold weekly One-On-Ones with team members for issue resolution and coaching
- Oversee scheduling of installation appointments to ensure accuracy/timeliness
- Monitor workload distribution to maintain efficiency and timeliness
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Field Teams to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Oversee application of customer payments with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation procedures are followed
- Maintain communication with the Accounting Team for issue resolution
- Ensure proactive and timely customer follow-ups
- Monitor open Production communication lines to prevent delays or service gaps
- Resolve escalated customer concerns in a professional and solution-focused manner
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement workflow efficiencies
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
- Ensure the Pulse Report is continually reviewed and action taken
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Normal Office environment, with normal temperature exposure and lighting.
Use of all 5 senses, including close vision, distance vision
Ability to work in a sitting position in front of a computer screen for up to 8 hours per day
