Production Line Operator

We are hiring a 1st Shift Line Operator for a growing manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, loading and unloading parts, inspecting finished products for quality, and supporting daily production operations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production and coating line equipment
• Load/unload parts onto racks, baskets, and conveyors
• Inspect parts for quality and defects
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
