Production Manger

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and drive efficiency, quality, and team success. In this role, you will lead production staff, manage resources, and ensure that products are built to the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness. You will play a critical role in shaping production processes, supporting continuous improvement, and aligning the department with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery goals
• Supervise and support production staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and other teams to resolve production challenges
• Drive the adoption of lean manufacturing principles and 5S workplace organization
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for material needs
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, metrics, and challenges
• Lead problem-solving efforts to minimize downtime and improve workflow
• Support employee development and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• 5+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on coaching and development
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices
• Experience managing schedules, production metrics, and resource planning
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting tools
• Solid understanding of safety standards, quality control, and compliance practices
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
