Production Operator (2nd/3rd shift)

We are looking for: The Production Operator is responsible for operating the computer and related systems required along with completing and passing the Essential Function Testing.

We count on you for: 

• Troubleshooting equipment; and identifying root causes to take corrective action in order to resolve problems.


• Recognize quality issues and make adjustments to ensure excellent quality.


• Perform general upkeep on equipment to improve reliability and process and product consistency.


• Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes to achieve and exceed result targets Perform material handling, including properly packaging and labeling of products Tie on or splice ends to repair breaks in creel and throughout the production line Cleaning and maintaining clean equipment and work area while manufacturing materials

  The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $26.87 per hour for 2nd shift and $28.87 for 3rd shift. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
