Production Personnel

Manufacture quality products based on work orders and drawings within planned time. Operate manufacturing equipment including, presses, guillotines, clickers, scales and measuring equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Meet production and schedule requirements
• Build products, subassemblies and final assemblies
• Perform first article inspection
• Keep work area clean
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices and products
• Flexible to move to different depts within manufacturing
• Maintain routine maintenance schedule of equipment 

• Manufacturing experience preferred but will train the right candidate
• Experience using measuring equipment such as tape measurers and scales
• Experience using manual manufacturing machinery a plus
• Effective communication skills
• Mathematical skills
• Patience and self confidence
• Flexible with production work and schedule
