The selected candidates will support manufacturing planning related to aircraft manufacturing (composite, metallic, and assembly). This position is located in Clearfield, Utah. Come join us!\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations relating to specific portion of the product for guidance of production workers\n * Plans detail operations from blueprints, engineering orders, change notices, and other engineering releases.\n * Determines the need for tooling and makes recommendations for the design and planning of required tools.\n * Prepares shop work orders for materials and product processing and coordinates with schedulers to ensure that items are being processed according to specifications and time requirements.\n * Maintains progress reports, schedules, and other related records.\n\n\n\n\u200b\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nProduction Planner Level 2:\n\n * High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience\n * Experience in working with aerospace specifications and drawings.\n * Experience with Microsoft Office applications.\n * Active U.S. Government Secrete Clearance in order to apply.\n * Ability to obtain Special Program Access (PAR).\n * Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access Clearance prior to start.\n\n\n\nProduction Planner Level 3:\n\n * High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or experience in Manufacturing, Production, Planning, Aerospace or Aeronautics.\n * Experience in working with aerospace specifications and drawings.\n * Experience with Microsoft Office applications.\n * Active U.S. Government Secrete Clearance in order to apply.\n * Ability to obtain Special Program Access (PAR).\n * Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access Clearance prior to start.\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience authoring manufacturing procedures.\n * Pursuing Bachelors STEM Degree\n * Experience working in an aerospace manufacturing environment.\n * Experience creating and maintaining MBOMs.\n * Experience in the areas of composite hand layup, bonding, cure, fastened assembly, subsystems installation, metallic hardware or machining experience.\n * Functional knowledge of production control systems (SAP/Visual Mfg/etc)\n * Preference will be given to individuals already accessed to Special Access Programs\n * Experience in the use of CAD software\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $48,400.00 - $80,600.00\n\nSecondary Level Salary Range: $57,500.00 - $95,900.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
