Position Overview:
The Production Shift Supervisor is directly responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of 5-7 operators, including activities of the assigned operating shift. The supervisor will lead his or her team to operate the facility in compliance with established safety regulations and procedures, federal and state environmental regulations, production schedules, and output requirements. Activities include setting clear expectations, enforcing policies & standards, leading improvements in safety, productivity, reliability, and quality, directing and assisting operators in the performance of their shift routines, monitoring and coaching operators on their performance, conducting plant walk-downs to identify deficiencies, and oversight of operator rounds. The Production Shift Supervisor works under the direction of the Operations Superintendent.

The final base pay offer for this position will be determined by individual factors such as location, external market factors, internal equity, and the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
This role is eligible for benefits, annual bonuses, and profit-sharing.
